We pride ourselves in serving the yummiest gluten free products. The KSS Bistro was formed when our John, who is gluten-free, found the lack of tasty fresh gluten free bakery goods and meals. Thus the idea of opening a bakery was formed. Later, John got together one of the top pastry and restaurant chef in the area with experience in gluten- and wheat-free foods. Thus KSS Bistro was born.
